As a lean NGO team carrying out regional-scale work at the intersection of public health, climate change, and sustainability, we navigated a dynamic year that required resilience and adaptability.
Throughout this productive journey, we learned the value of balancing flexibility with decisiveness—remaining responsive to emerging opportunities while staying firmly grounded in our mission, values, and priorities.
